Information You Submit
Names, telephone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form are sent to the outside provider responsible for those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review combined traffic information to maintain the service and understand which resources are useful. Basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Information Is Used
We use this limited information to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create profiles about individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Pierce County and Washington records portals, libraries, archives, or outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this service is governed by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a third party under that provider's own terms.
When Information Is Shared
Vendors that host or support the service may process ordinary server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described in this policy. Information may also be disclosed when required by valid legal process.
Security and Retention
Connections to the service are encrypted, and logs are retained only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. Because visitors do not open accounts, this service does not hold user passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Your location may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, separately governs covered consumer health data and provides rights within its scope. Because this service retains very little, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available server logs, then deleting qualifying material. Submit a request through the Contact page. Records maintained by Washington, Pierce County, or another public custodian remain under that office's control, so correction or removal requests about those records must be sent to the responsible agency.
Policy Revisions
Revisions will appear on this page. Continued use of the service after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
